Good news for all Love Live! fans out there! The commercial for the second season of Love Live! School Idol Project was uploaded onto Lantis’s Youtube channel on Tuesday.
Love Live! School Idol Project will be returning for a second season which starts in April 2014 (Spring Anime Season 2014). Love Live! School Idol Project will premiere first on Tokyo MX on Sunday, 6 April, 10.30 pm JST.
ANIME JAPAN 2014:
Adding on, the anime’s official website adds that there will be various Love Live! related goods that will be sold from various companies at Anime Japan starting today.
X-Arts Japan will be selling Strawberry “Anniversary” Cookies in commemoration of the second season of Love Live! at their booth. These Cookies come with 10 different stickers of the members of μ’s.
Lawson will be selling 3 different types of Original baked goods, and an Original double pocket clear file.
Also, a Lawson exclusive plastic bag will be given to those that visit and purchase Love Live! products from the Lawson booth or the International Exhibition Centre Station’s Lawson.
Bushiroad will be selling the following:
- Love Live! School Idol Project μ’s Tote bag Part. 2
- Love Live! School Idol Project μ’s Hooded jacket
- Love Live! School Idol Project μ’s Woven towel
- Love Live! School Idol Project μ’s Towel Holder

Also, the Bushiroad booth will have a display in the image of Otonokizaka Academy‘s idol research club room , a display to celebrate the first anniversary of the Love Live! School Idol Festival smartphone app from bushimo, and also tie-in character goods from sale.
Lastly, on each day of Anime Japan, the booth will be giving away 10,000 exclusive PR sets while supplies last. Each PR set will include nine exclusive Love Live! School Idol Festival card stickers, a FIVEqross PR card, and also a Weiss Schwarz PR card.
