Nope, you did not read wrong. T.M.Revolution will perform the OP and ED songs for Disk Wars: The Avengers, a collaboration with Marvel and Toei Animation. I must add that this is also Marvel‘s first collaboration with a TV anime series. Bandai will be doing merchandising.
There has been no release dates for the songs yet, but so far we do know that:
- OP song is ”Tsukiyabureru -Time to SMASH!“
- ED song is “Thread of Fate”

For anyone wondering what Disk Wars might be, the story itself will focus on the Avengers (duh), namely Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, Hulk and wasp. They will work with Spider Man and a group of teens (see our cover image at the top) to try and stop Loki and… yeeeeeahh… knowing him, it’s probably world domination, assuming you ignored the events of The Dark World (NOPE~! Not gonna spoil you on what happened. Go grab the DVD/Blu-ray and watch it to find out!).
Anyways, here’s a teaser. Don’t expect too much from it though:
The anime series will première on TV Tokyo and it’s affiliates on 2 April, and that’s really soon. Anyone really stoked to see this? Let us know in the comments!
