The name Kazumi Noomi should be an quite unfamiliar name unless if you have attended the most recent Anime Festival Asia 2014 in Singapore or saw her on various Taiwanese variety TV shows. At AFA 2014 in Singapore, Kazumi Noomi from Taiwan was invited as one of the invited featured guest cosplayer.
What you might not know is that she is also a popular idol in Japan. Having released a number of top-selling photobooks and DVDs, she has also been featured on various magazines and appeared on both Taiwanese and Japanese TV.
The talented Kazumi Noomi is also an enterprising business owner, with a themed cafe in Taiwan and currently helping to run an Idol Theatre in Ueno. Not to mention, she have the looks too. Being such a free spirit she recommends that new cosplayers to not care too much about talks and just have fun with your cosplay.
