RADWIMPS frontman Yojiro Noda’s solo project “illion” will be performing an original song for the upcoming theatrical adaptation of Sui Ishida’s “Tokyo Ghoul”. The announcement was made at the film’s kick off event in Tokyo last 2nd June 2017.

The new track is titled “BANKA”, and illion hopes to create a theme that conveys all the feelings encapsulated in the film. Tokyo Ghoul director Kentaro Hagiwara is all praises for illion, claiming “illion has a world view that defies genres”.
