As part of their 30th Anniversary project, MACROSS is releasing a special commemorative CD containing duets sung by characters from the Macross Frontier series, titled NyanCora (nyan nyan collaboration)!
Featuring characters from the latest Macross Frontier series in iconic partnerships (beyond the classic Sheryl Nome x Ranka Lee pair), they will be bringing us new takes on classics from the earlier Macross series, such as Luca and Nanase’s Koi no Banana Moon from Macross II, Grace and Leon’s 0-G Love from the very first Super Dimension Fortress Macross.

There are also crossover collaborations with Nekki Basara from Macross 7 with Ranka Lee from Macross Frontier on the FIRE BOMBER classic Remember 16, and the classic duet from Mylene Flare Jenius from Macross 7 with Rin Minmei from Super Dimension Fortress Macross on Friends~Jikuu wo Koete.
For the newer (and younger inductees) there’s also Aimo~Tori no hito now by Mao and Sheryl Nome, and Lion in a self-duet by both mini and giant versions of Klan Klang, both popular favourites from the Macross Frontier series.
